Q: When will I receive my package?
A: Please kindly note that the Foundations Deck and Diagnosis Deck have an estimated shipping date in March 2024 and May 2024, respectively. If you choose an option that includes either the Foundations Deck or the Diagnosis Deck or both, we will ship out the other study cards first and send you the remaining as mentioned. Additionally, please note that the estimated fulfillment time for the Mix and Match Study Cards is 2-3 weeks.
Q: Am I still granted lifetime access to digital versions when I purchase one of the Mix and Match options?
A: Yes! We will send you a private invitation link via email. Please contact us if you do not receive the private invitation link within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Please note that the Foundations Deck and Diagnosis Deck digital versions will be available between March and May 2024.
Q: Do you have a plus-size option available for the Mix and Match?
A: Unfortunately, the plus-size option is not available in the Mix and Match options.
