Refund policy
General Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
There will be 30% restocking fee for any returned products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Terms and Conditions for Digital Study Cards:

The digital study cards provided will be the most updated version available and may differ from the physical study cards that customers may have purchased.

The combination of physical study cards with digital cards will be considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
By using the digital study cards and accessing the provided content, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Special Offer Returns
If you need return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything — not to worry. Same refund policy and process will apply and we will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
Clearance Sale
Please note that all items purchased during our clearance sale are final sale. This means no returns or refunds will be accepted for any products bought under this promotion.
Digital Downloads
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
Damaged item(s)
At Boncho, we take great care in ensuring that all products are in excellent condition before they are shipped to our customers. However, we understand that damages may still occur during transit. If you receive a damaged package, we offer the following refund policy:
- What products are eligible for a refund?
Any product that arrives damaged due to our shipping carrier's fault.
- How can you request a refund?
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
Send us a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
- What is our timeline for processing refunds?
Once we receive your request, we will assess the damage and determine if a refund is appropriate. We will process your refund within 5 business days if we determine that the damage was caused during shipping.
- What is the refund process?
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, partial refund, or exchange, depending on the severity of the damage.
If the refund is approved, we will refund a percentage of the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
- Exceptions to our refund policy
We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer or for damages that occur during shipment due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or carrier errors. If we determine that the damage was not caused during shipping, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Please note that this refund policy is only applicable to damaged packages. If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please refer to our standard return policy.
PRE-ORDER POLICY

We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at friends@bonchofriends.com if you need to update any of this information.
You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to commence shipping, we'll provide a full-refund. No discounts, refunds, or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

FULL PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Boncho LLC, doing business as Boncho (the “Company”) for the Products (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of Boncho Friends study cards. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS
You may pre-order Boncho Friends study cards, separately or in combination with each other.
SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Boncho Friends shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to friends@bonchofriends.com.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order. If Boncho Friends is unable to commence shipping of a Pre-Order Product, Boncho Friends shall process a full refund to you. All Pre-Orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to Boncho Friends charging of your provided payment method at such time.The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Boncho Friends does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Boncho Friends is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by Boncho Friends. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
SECTION 5 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once you place your order, your order is final, and nonrefundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
