Thank you for shopping with Boncho Friends. We are committed to delivering your study tools efficiently. Please review our comprehensive shipping terms, fulfillment timelines, and pre-order conditions below.

1. Shipping Processing & Delivery Timelines

Regular In-Stock Orders

  • Processing Time: All regular, in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 8–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Certain items in our store are fulfilled using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process, meaning we initiate the printing and shipping of these specific items immediately after your order is placed.

  • Delivery Timeline: Because these items are printed to order upon purchase, please allow 10–15 business days for your POD items to arrive at your destination.
  • Regional Delays: Depending on your geographic region and local courier routing, international or remote deliveries for POD products may take longer than the standard window.

Need Support? If you have not received your products within the standard timelines outlined above, please email us at info@bonchofriends.com with your Order Number so we can look into your shipment.

2. Customer Information & Shipping Accuracy

When placing an order, you are required to provide accurate shipping, contact, and billing information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and current.

  • Boncho Friends holds no responsibility or liability for delayed, lost, or misdirected shipments resulting from inaccurate or outdated address details provided by the customer.

  • We have no legal obligation to determine or track down correct contact or shipping information after an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipping Territories

We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping to bring our Traditional Chinese Medicine study visual aids to students and practitioners across the globe.

  • Please Note: Due to local courier restrictions, active conflict zones, or international shipping sanctions, delivery to certain countries or specific remote regions may temporarily be unavailable or restricted. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Boncho Friends is not responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order by your country's government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.

5. Pre-Order Policy Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order ("Pre-Order") with Boncho Friends, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Section 1 - Eligible Products

You may pre-order designated item(s) separately or in combination. These terms govern those items explicitly marked as pre-orders at the time of purchase.

Section 2 - Registration and Customer Information

You must ensure your shipping and billing details are completely accurate at check-out. You can update your shipping information at any time prior to your product leaving our facility by emailing us at friends@bonchofriends.com. Boncho Friends is not liable for items shipped to an old address if updates were not submitted prior to shipment.

Section 3 - Immediate Payment Processing

You will be charged the full purchase price at the time you submit your Pre-Order. All transactions are securely processed through the Shopify Payments platform (accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other available gateways).

  • Please note: The pre-order price excludes import duties, local taxes, and government charges, which remain your responsibility.
  • Company Cancellations: If Boncho Friends is ultimately unable to commence manufacturing or shipping of a Pre-Order product, we will cancel the batch and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Section 4 - Fulfillment Estimates & Manufacturing Delays

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order products is clearly noted on the respective product page.

  • Estimates Only: This date is strictly an estimate and is subject to change due to reasonable delays in manufacturing or global transit logistics. Boncho Friends does not guarantee delivery by the exact estimated date.

  • Limitation of Liability: In the event of a production delay, Boncho Friends is not responsible for damages that may occur due to the delay, nor are we obligated to provide discounts, credits, or situational refunds.

  • Fulfillment Order: Pre-orders are packaged and shipped chronologically in the order they were received. Standard shipping schedules operate Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Section 5 - Final Sale / No Cancellation

Once you place your Pre-Order, your order is final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable, except as specified under Section 3 in the event that Boncho Friends cancels manufacturing. Standard return eligibility conditions apply only after the physical item has been successfully delivered.
