Course Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Course Payment Policy
We’re excited to help you secure your spot in the course! Here are the options available for reserving your place:
- Full Payment: You’re welcome to pay the full course fee upfront, which will reserve your spot immediately.
- Deposit: You can also hold your spot with a $200 deposit. If you choose this option, please note that the remaining balance is due one month before the course starts.
Since deposits are non-refundable, we recommend confirming your schedule before reserving your place. If the remaining balance isn’t paid by the deadline, your reservation may be released to accommodate others.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Courses
We’re so grateful for your commitment to learning with us, and we understand that sometimes plans can shift. Our policy is designed to provide flexibility while also allowing us to deliver the best course experience for all participants.
- Deposit: The deposit secures your spot in the course and helps us prepare for your arrival. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
- 1 Month or More Before the Course Start Date: If you need to cancel at least one month before the course begins, we’ll issue a full refund minus the deposit.
- 2 to 4 Weeks Before the Course Start Date: Cancellations during this time qualify for a 70% refund of the total course fee.
- 1 to 2 Weeks Before the Course Start Date: Cancellations within this period are eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
- Within 1 Week of the Course Start Date: Since we’re finalizing materials and schedules, we aren’t able to provide refunds for cancellations within one week of the start date.
